Which one is better? Maybelline Mega Plush mascara or Covergirl Natureluxe mascara? I need some new mascara and I want to get one of these, but which one is better?

FollowI love sparkles and glitter. I go for the cheap clothes and make 'em look awesome. The stores I love are:
- Target
- Resale and Consignment Shops
- Old Navy
- JCPenney
And I do NOT like Aeropostale that much. And I can't really afford it. It's kinda pricey, but I do like their jewelry, and I have ONE shirt from Aero I like.
Stuff I like:
- Boots
- Ankle Boots
- Hi Tops (especially Converse)
- Soft, fuzzy sweaters
- Skinny Jeans
- Fun colors
- Layered necklaces
- Dresses
- Denim Jackets
- Ruffly Skirts
- Harry Potter
- Percy Jackson
Stuff I dislike:
- Super High Heels
- Uggs (They're so FAT looking!)
- Eyeshadow applied above the eyelid
- Lipstick that doesn't go with my skin tone
- Target
